Exceptions to the “All Sales Are Final” Policy

  • Incomplete Service: If a paid service has not been fully delivered or fails to meet the advertised specifications, please contact us and we will review your request.
  • Legal Requirements: If applicable law entitles you to a refund, DropSoftware will comply and issue any legally required refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a review under one of the above exceptions, email support@dropsoftware.app with:

  • Order or subscription date
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.
